An HVAC company that wanted to think outside the traditional HVACbox.

Tommy Cool is a heating, cooling, and plumbing company that wanted to step outside traditional advertising. The idea: a YouTube channel that would be fun, engaging, and informative — educating viewers about their heating and air systems with real personality.

Like understanding what's lurking in your attic and causing your house to smell funny — and how to get it fixed. The content needed to be genuinely useful, genuinely entertaining, and something the client could sustain on their own after we set them up.

A channel that runs — because the client can feed it.

Tommy Cool has a producing YouTube channel with a consistent format, a sustainable workflow, and content that actually educates the audience. The client records on their schedule, the edits come back polished, and the channel grows.

By designing for self-production from the start, the channel isn't dependent on flying a crew out every time. The system works because the client was set up to succeed on their own.
